if your computer does not accept the key then may be your xp is latest and has an inbuild key detector which might not allow you.. however u can try it, if it does not work better format the OS Drive and re install the windows probably with another windows cd

sorry man but this key (V2C47-MK7JD-3R89F-D2KXW-VPK3J) has been blocked by microsoft. guess you have to find another key. i have a windows installer that uses that key and it said that the windows failed the WGA.

So I downloaded jellybean keyfinder, but then, for some reasons, it just won't let me click the "Change Windows Key" button.

FOr those people for whom the button is not available.. turn off ur antivirus programs (just temporarily).. and then try extracting the file and running it.. and cool it wrked for me tht way.. i had to disable the auto protect feature of symentec..

Yeah it does. At least, it did for me. What I did: 1) install winxp+sp3 and all updates with whatever key gets you through the install. 2) Download and open keyfinder 1.51 (NOT 2.01) (link to 1.51 is in this thread). 3) Change key to the DCK* one (NOT the V2C* one). 4) Reboot. Et voila, the 'not genuine' message was gone.

@neddy: there is no other way, all you have to do is to format the drive and re-install it
i did it managed to get inside and make it genuine again :P
i use antiwap3 and wga fixer to make genuine aslong as u have key to register when u first install it and u just have to make sure not to delete the program

This method is way too long. Got an easier way to do this. All you have to do is open a reg file and you're all set. :P Always works for me. You can even update it for the rest of your life.

All the Product Keys work however not during WinXP activation, it bombs out saying that the Product Key has already been activated several times.
But who cares, we can install the WinXP Pro SP3 and then manually download all possible updates and install them manually one by one.
